Using CoDocket Assistant
CoDocket is your AI-powered docketing assistant. Dictate or type entries, and it will generate professional, client-ready dockets efficiently. Just provide time worked and Description (the docket entry will default to today). You can also add a business unit and project/tag if needed.
CoDocket Tips and Tricks
CoDocket's AI understands natural language, so you can create dockets in various ways. If any details are missing, it will prompt you. Experiment and find what works best!
- Use the words “Team / Unit / Group” etc. to include a business unit.
- Use the word “Project” to create and/or include a project tag.
“Log 2.5 hours on ACME for drafting the marketing team’s release agreement for the Winter Campaign project.”
Note: CoDocket may auto-assign business units and project tags based on your prompt (e.g., “Reviewed terms of service” → Legal). To prevent this, specify a business unit or project in your prompt.
- Create multiple dockets with a single prompt.
“Add 1 hour to ACME Sales unit every Wednesday this month for drop-in hours to review deals.”
“Add the following for ACME: 2 hours revised standard NDA, 1.3 hours strategic meeting with CLO, 4 hours yesterday corporate cleanup.”
- Paste the contents of a spreadsheet to create entries in bulk (as long as you have a date, time worked, and description).
“Add the following dockets to ACME: [PASTE CONTENTS]”
- Edit multiple dockets at once by selecting them with the checkboxes and bringing them into context for CoDocket
“Change the business unit to Legal.”
